By using this facility, skylink.com.au, tiss.com and any other sites/parties connected with us, you acknowledge an agreement which is covered by laws in the State of New South Wales, Australia. This agreement means that skylink.com.au, tiss.com & Skylink Travel Pty Ltd are not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from negligence, ommission or other causes, inaccuracy of information, advice or information relating to visa and documentation requirements in connection with your use of this site.

Air fares, car hire & hotel costs displayed by skylink.com.au and tiss.com, are subject to change with or without notice. All costs shown here can only be guaranteed once we, Skylink Travel Pty Ltd, receive your confirmed file, reconfirm the prices and receive payment in full from you. Conditions of travel, airfares, routings, class of reservation and services can change at any time. Other conditions may apply. Taxes are not included in the costs shown. We will advise you of any taxes and additional charges when we confirm your reservation and costs. Prices shown here are for Internet Online Bookings ONLY. Arrangements made directly with with Skylink Travel Pty Ltd will be at different (usually higher) costs.

Payment

Required within 3 working days of your reservation being confirmed unless otherwise agreed by Skylink Travel Pty Ltd. Failure to pay by the due date will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation. Payment is accepted by cash, bank cheque or direct deposit to our bank account. Credit card transactions will be subject to 2-3% surcharge on some purchases. Full details of your credit card including billing address will required.

Cancellation and Amendments

In most cases, after the documention of your travel arrangements, amendment fees and cancellation penalties apply. These fees/penalties vary between 2%-100% of the total amount paid to Skylink Travel Pty Ltd.

Skylink Travel Pty Ltd does not give any guarantees for the accuracy of information on this site or third party sites linked to skylink.com.au and tiss.com. Skylink Travel Pty Ltd cannot accept any liability for incorrect information that maybe provided by suppliers such as hotels, car hire companies and airlines. In all circumstances, skylink.com.au and Skylink Travel Pty Ltd is acting as an agent for airlines, car hire companies, hotels and Travel Insurance providers and as an agent, cannot be held responsible or liable for any damages, directly or indirectly from negligence, ommission or any other causes.

Air fares and Prices:

All costs will be guaranteed once we receive your confirmed file, acknowledged and checked by Skylink Travel Pty Ltd and advised to you accordingly. Prices shown here are for Internet Online Bookings ONLY. Arrangements made directly with Skylink Travel will be at different (usually higher) cost.

Payment:

Full payment is required within 3 working days of confirmation of your travel arrangements unless otherwise agreed by Skylink Travel Pty Ltd. Delivery of Documents:

Once full payment has been received by Skylink Travel Pty Ltd, your requested travel documents will be issued and sent by express mail Australia wide, free of charge. Delivery of documents outside Australia will be subject to International courier costs.

Amendments and cancellations:

Once your documents are issued, amendment fees and canellation penalties of 2%-100% will apply.
